My idea for a Pantheon rework (v2)
I'm reposting the other post I made about my idea for a Pantheon rework. However, I'm adding lore, ability names, and recommended items, as well as tweaking some abilities.
Pantheon, the Soldier of the Stars
Lore: Atreus was one of the best gladiators in all of Runeterra, and was sought after by many people to be their personal bodyguard. However, although he was a good fighter, he also couldn't back down from a dare. So, when somebody dared him to climb Mount Targon, he accepted. However, when he was almost to the top, he started feeling the effects of frostbite. He told himself that he had to go through with the dare. When he got to the top he was close to death. However, Leona and Taric greeted him there. They praised his bravery, and told him that they would save him from his demise, but only if he became their warrior. He accepted, and was renamed Pantheon. He has been fighting on behalf of Targon for centuries.
Passive: Gladiator Spirit Whenever you take damage from an enemy champion, you deal (1-4-7)% increased damage to that one champion, but deal (6-4-2)% decreased damage to any other champions you damage in that duration. (Scales off levels 1-7-13) (Lasts for 10 seconds before not being able to be activated again for another 10 seconds)
Q: Fierce Blows Passive: Your auto attacks and abilities deal (10-20-30-40-50) increased attack damage towards "Vulnerable" (like Ornn's Brittle but you do more damage, and being vulnerable wears off after 10 seconds) champions, and you heal for (2-4-6)% of the damage you deal to them, scaling off of adaptive damage. Active: Increases attack speed by (10-15-20-25-30)%. Also, every 3rd auto attack makes an enemy champion "Vulnerable." Lasts for 8 seconds. (your first auto attack with the Q active makes them "Vulnerable").
W: Targonian Rush (its a skillshot) Pantheon readies himself for .5 seconds, then rushes towards, dealing damage to anything in his path. If you hit an enemy champion, it makes them "Vulnerable" and it deals (10-20-30-40-50) attack damage, as well as slightly knocking them back for .5 seconds. (think of the knockback like Ornn autoing a Brittled champ) (range of a slightly longer Quinn E) (not interrupted by minions, it does the damage to the minions, but not the cc) (it can't go over walls) (once you hit somebody with it you don't go any further).
E: Crippling Shot/Spear Shot Melee Range: You stab your spear through the enemy's foot, rooting them for (.5-.6-.7-.8-.9) seconds, afterwards slowing them for (1-1.1-1.2-1.3-1.4) seconds, and dealing (30-50-70-90-110) attack damage. If they are "Vulnerable," it roots them for (1-1.1-1.2-1.3-1.4) seconds,afterwards slowing them for (2-2.1-2.2-2.3-2.4) seconds dealing (60-100-140-180-220) adaptive damage. Ranged Range: You throw your spear, knocking the enemy back, dealing (10-20-30-40-50) adaptive damage, rooting them for (.5-.6-.7-.8-.9) seconds. If they are "Vulnerable," it deals (20-40-60-80-100) adaptive damage and roots them for (1-1.2-1.4-1.6-1.8) seconds. (Range of Pantheon's current Q).
R: Leap of the Stars Passive: Gain sight of "Vulnerable" enemies if they are in your ult area. Active: (only usable on "Vulnerable" people) (it's point and click) Summon the power of Targon to launch you into the sky to land on a single enemy, knocking them up, and dealing (25-75-125) adaptive damage. (cooldown: 25-20-15 seconds) (range of a level 1 Ryze ult, range never is increased).
