Yohane the Runic Heart

My friend and I were talking about a rune champion that was based around stacking runes he finds around the map like bard and his abilities would be based on the current/old rune system. it is a cool idea and has a lot of leeway when it comes to design and abilities. Riot plz make a rune champ my friend and I were thinking very hard on this.

I am aware that the writing needs work but I think the abilities have a chance of being unique and fun.

Also sorry for the aneurysm. I know it is hard to read.
