When can we expect some talk about new anti-shield items?

I am really happy with the new rune system so far and am really enjoying some new playstiles(Like my dark harvest lethality, or ad tank bruser jhin top) and I remembered that meddler talked about doing anti-shield stuff and was curious about what ideas are floating around and weather champs would have this mechanic built in or added to their kits(with rebalancing of corse). :)
