How to fix jungle Ekko.

Why not just have it so his passive does bonus % max/current health damage to non epic monsters and honistly I think that would be all it takes. Also if that isn't ok make the passive prock give bonus like +10% of targets max health. OR you could lower passive cooldown on monsters too, or even add % or flat bonus damage against monsters.

Alternatively, one could accept that some champions are designed for laning and some are designed for the jungle. :)
