Concept: The Sun's Lament

The Sun's Lament is a traveling troupe. Seemingly appearing in a clearing near the city. The only sign it is nearby is a single poster with only a sun in eclipse at the center. Proceeded by a day of unexplained darkness lasting a week.

Wonderman, The Master. Pandemonium, Strength Incarnate. Giggles, The Strangler. Phobia, The Siren. Cloak, The Silver Dagger.

The stars of the show have come to not only entertain but for the life or lives of an unfortunate few. While their true motives unknown, what is certain is the life of someone truly evil will come to an abrupt end. Today I have created Pandemonium.

Pandemonium is a Bruiser Type Champion whose primary focus is punishing his opponent with brief fights.

Base Stats: >Health: 610 – 2320 (+95 per level) Health Regen: 9 – 26.1 (+0.95 per level) NEW Resource: Might max 3 charges. Attack Damage: 72 – 252 (+10 per level) Attack Speed: 0.665 – 0.969 (+2.65% per level) Armor: 15 – 108.6 (+5.2 per level) Magic Resist: 30 – 52.5 (+1.25 per level) Movement Speed: 345 AA Range: 150 (Melee)

Primary Roles: >Bruiser/Tank

Skills:

Passive: Sun's Lament/Might

>Sun's Lament: Darkness covers the map every 10 minutes for 3 minute's. In darkness Pandemonium has bonus movement speed 15/20/25%.

>Might: Pandemonium gains a charge every time he damages an enemy unit (vs neutral works too). At 3 charges Pandemonium's next ability is 3x effective. Every Charge gives Pandemonium 15/25/50 ad. All Might is lost after being out-of-combat for 7 seconds. Cooldown: 10/6/3 Pandemonium still gains Might while on cooldown but can't expend any to empower his abilities.

Q – Ruthless Blow

>ACTIVE: Pandemonium punches forward with overwhelming strength in a target direction. Dashing forward (150 units). Breaking any champion created terrain.

>Damage: 100/150/170/200/250 (+.25 ad) Cooldown: 7/6/5/4/3 seconds Range: 150

>Empowered: Damage: 300/450/510/600/750 (+.75 ad) Cooldown: Unchanged Range: 450

W – Unrelenting Fury

>ACTIVE: Pandemonium slams the ground 2-7 times in an arc in front of him and is slowed 50% increasing to 75% for 2 seconds after Unrelenting Fury has finished . He can move while slamming but only forward. Can recast to stop slamming. Every slam after the first does 80% less damage to the same target. Minions and Neutrals always take 100%.

>Slams per level 2/3/4/5/6/7

>Damage: 100/125/150/175/200 (+.25 ad) Effect Radius: 535 ANGLE: 60° Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds

>Empowered: Damage: 300/375/510/600/750 (+.75 ad) Cooldown: Unchanged Slow is removed if empowered. Effect Radius: 535 ANGLE: 180°

E – Mighty Leap

>ACTIVE: Pandemonium channels up to 4.5 seconds, increasing Mighty Leap range over a cone in the target direction. Range per level: 1200/1350/1500/1650/1800

>Empowered:

>Range per level: 3600/4050/4500/4950/5400

R – Strength Incarnate

>Active: Run in target direction for 1000 units. Stunning the first champion hit and flinging them behind him 500 units. If a unit is stunned by Strength Incarnate Pandemonium gains 3 Midnight charges Immediately.

>Damage: 100/250/300(+.25 ad) Can only be cast at 3 Might Charges. Cooldown: 1/1/1 seconds. If not cast a second time cooldowns are 200/160/120 seconds

>Empowered: Damage: 300/750/900(+.75 ad) Can only be cast 1 second after Strength Incarnate. Range: 3000 and 1500 units for enemy. Cooldown: 200/160/120 seconds

Appearance: >I'm a bad artist. Think Mundo as a carnival muscle man mixed in with deranged Psychopath.

Tidbits: >Might have a thing about defeating Mundo.
