Secondary: Marksmen. .unlike most Marksmen Celia can only deal Physical Damage with Auto-Attacks but with the right build this disadvantage can be a surprise. Additional Roles: Support. .with several Crowed Controls in most of her kit Celia is cable of providing a tactical edge for her allies in a fight big or small.

Celia is a constellation of a woman who acts as a protector of the stars & the people each one represents, she stands firm in the heavens as an onlooker carefully guiding the fate of common, the heroic & even the evil...but she shows no favorite to mortals as she cherishes all living being on the worlds surface as her own child, for every new life on Runeterra is born a new star if born to. Celia acts as both a mother & a guide to all things born either in the skies or on the planet bellow.

Appearance: Celia is a 5'1ft tall Caucasian woman with silver & blue mixed eyes, her hair is neck-length & silver. Her body is very slim & has several light blue markings on her fore-arms, neck & stomach. Celia wears a small cloak that covers her head, chest & shoulder, she also wears a pair of loose pants with wraps of silk on her left leg & right foot. Celia carries a short composite curve bow & a quiver on her hip.

Passive: Stars Above You. Every 3rd Basic Attack that Celia makes will have the targets Soul Star fire a bolt of energy at the target dealing 2.5% of the targets Max HP as bonus Magic Damage, if Celia has landed 2 of this enhanced Auto-Attack on a target then that targets Soul Star will provide True Sight on the target for 1.5 seconds the True Sight can be Refreshed if Celia manages to land 2 more successful enhanced Auto-Attacks on the Revealed target.
Q-Ability: Waltz in the Night. Range: 500. Cool Down: 24/22/20/18/16. Cost: 100. Magic Damage: 35/55/75/95/115(+60% bonus AP). Activate: after Celia has chosen a single enemy Champion within this Abilities Casting Range then upon its activation Celia will remove all the light around the target, for the next 2 seconds after the initial activation the chosen target will have their Sight Range reduced to 130 & their Movement Speed will be Slowed by 30% while also being dealt Magic Damage.
W-Ability: Upon A Star. Range: 450. Cool Down: 18/17/16/15/14. Cost: 60/70/80/90/100. Magic Damage: 50/80/110/140/170(+40% bonus AP). Heal: 60/80/100/120/140(+50% bonus AP). Activate: after Celia has chosen a single point within this Abilities Casting Range then upon its activation Celia will pull a star out of the sky & place it at the targeted location, this star will remain at the targeted location for 5 seconds & it will Reveal an area of 200-radius around it. When the stars duration has ended this Ability will go on its Cool Down. Now while the star is active Celia can Auto-Attack it to make the star explode dealing Magic Damage to all enemies within its Sight Range or she can Re-Cast this Ability after a 0.5 second delay after the initial activation to Teleport to the stars location then Celia consumes the star to Heal herself.
E-Ability: Spiraling Sky. Range: 450. Cool Down: 21/19/17/15/13. Cost: 45/55/65/75/85. Magic Damage: 20/30/40/50/60(+40% bonus AP). Activate: after Celia has chosen a 180-radius location within this Abilities Casting Range then upon its activation Celia will use some of her magic to create a small starry vortex, this vortex will remain on the Map for 2 seconds any enemies in the vortex will be Pulled to its center while also having their Movement Speed be Slowed by 20% while also taking Magic Damage every 0.5 seconds.
R-Ability: Living Constellation. Range: Self-Cast. Cool Down: 125/105/85. Cost: 120. Magic Damage: 110/130/150(+40% bonus AP). Total Damage to Single Target: 330/390/450. Activate: after Celia has activated this Ability she will revert back to her constellation form for the next 5 seconds or until uses 3 Auto-Attacks. While Celia is in her constellation form she will be Immune to all damage & Crowed Control effects but is unable to use any of her other Abilities, in this form Celia’s next 3 Basic Attacks will have 1000 Increased Range & each Auto-Attack will deal Magic Damage but there is a 1 second delay between each of these Auto-Attacks. After the duration of this Ability has ended or until Celia uses all 3 Auto-Attacks will she go back to her mortal form.
