Queen of Bilgewater- Soraka

Orange you glad I didn't say Banana? Her Q will Smite the foe with a Cannon Ball falling from the sky then the regen buff that travels back would be soraka just pulling out a tangerine and noming on it for a second. (anything battle wise could cancel this animation you can even make the tangerine fly in the sky coming back to her then commence the munches) Her W will toss/give a orange followed by a munch sound to represent healing the target. Her E would just be an open keg of gun powder that when the E expires it explodes. The Keg will look different then GP's because its open and you can even surround it with gun powder that surrounds the keg and is spilling out of it while also having a string on fire counting down the time til the explosion. Her R would make oranges rain from the sky followed with more orange eating sounds. Her Passive would be looking like a pirate flag when seen over someone's head and the indicator that comes off her would be a parrot flying whilst pointing with its beak where she'd need to go. Her Dance could be a homage to Pirate dance moves from movies, maybe even make a captain jack sparrow dance ;) Her joke would be Knock, knock! Orange, orange who? Orange you glad I didn't say Banana? along with some other fun pirate puns Her Taunt would be something that'd mock anyone from bilgewater or the sea or close to it, and if she didn't have said target she'd give a taunting chuckle and tell them "You are no match for the power of the bana-- i mean orange." Her Laugh would be just a bunch of Pirate Arrrrgggh's with 1 updated laugh from the base skin slightly redone that would rarely happen unless spamming the Laugh in-game.

And there we go! A legendary skin idea for soraka!!!!!
