A Taric Rework Idea (What do you think? FEEDBACK APPRECIATED)

Lets face it. Taric is one of those champions that needs some love. In my opinion, he lost his fame because he is outclassed by other supports with a similar niche, and he has a dull, dated kit. While he is still useful in certain compositions, he just isn't exciting to play for me. I have read several Taric rework suggestions in the past and while I think many had some good ideas, I feel that none of them were perfect. Here is what I have:

Passive: Gem Resilience- Taric's magical armor increases his density, reducing the effect of knockups and knockbacks. (NOTE: this was NOT my idea, I saw this on a different rework idea).

Q: Gem-mate-- Taric shares one of his magical gems with an ally, which grants an additional affect to their basic attacks against enemy champions. He can only have one gem-mate at a time and can switch the gem and his gem-mate every (120/100/80/60/40 s). Mana: 100 Each gems' effect triggers after Taric and his ally autoattack ten enemy units or jungle units (it excludes enemy turrets, and inhibs). This effect goes on a 5 second cooldown after the attack occurs. The Gems: Ruby= the ally's next attack does an addtional (50/100/150/200/250) magic damage over 4 seconds Opal=the ally's next attack will themself + Taric for (100/130/160/190/210) HP. Sapphire= the ally's next attack will knock the target back (akin to vayne's condemn)

W: Shatter ---as his signature spell that I and fans alike enjoy, this spell is unchanged. "Taric is protected by a hardening aura, increasing the Armor of himself and nearby allied champions. He may choose to splinter the enchanted rocks surrounding him to deal damage and decrease the Armor of nearby enemies at the cost of some Armor for a short time. Passive: Taric's gemstones increase his Armor by 10/15/20/25/30. Additionally, nearby allied champions gain 12% Armor Armor (12% of Taric's Armor). Active: Taric shatters his armor, dealing 40/80/120/160/200 (+20% Armor) magic damage to nearby enemies and reducing their Armor by 5/10/15/20/25 (+5% Armor) for 4 seconds. Taric loses 10/15/20/25/30 Armor while Shatter is on cooldown."

E: Dazzle-- Taric reflects light off of his shield in a cone, which deals (50/80/110/130/160) magic damage, reduces vision of enemies hit for 0.5 seconds (an effect like Graves smokebomb), and slows enemies by (20/25/30/35/40%) for 1.5 seconds. (20/19/18/17/16 s CD) Mana: 75

R:Radiance--Taric slams his hammer into the ground to summon a gem next to him and his gem-mate. These gems will knockup the enemy champion in closest proximity to Taric and his gem-mate (this range is equivalent to a Sona aura). Additionally, Taric's gems will radiate energy granting 30/50/75 AD +AP to himself and half of that to his allies for 7 seconds. (70/65/60 s CD) 100 Mana.
