The Crimson Elite is, in the lore, a secret Noxian organization, so Darius is the only one you listed that would fit the theme well. Other Noxian champions that could get a Crimson Elite skin are Draven, Swain, Katarina, and pretty much any Noxian-affiliated champion (a positive affiliation).
Crimson Elite Draven sounds like a great concept. But yeah, i think its only noxus.
