Please disable Darius.
He has a bug that won't let you right click units. All you have to do is pull someone with your E, and it happens everytime.
His E is majorly bugged right now, disable him!

Played against a Darius in TT last night and he had zero trouble AA'ing after a pull... do you have video of this occurring?

I actually just read another post with the same complaint
i was having the same problem with renekton after using a dash my cursor would stay as the little cross hair thing and the only way i noticed to get rid of it was to activate another ability it wouldnt let me interact with anything
Ive had a teammate complain he couldn't right click.
Maybe it's not connected just to Darius... hmm. Everybody post topics if you've had this problem.
It didn't happen to me, and i've been playing a Darius recently quite a lot... Maybe it's just NA.
