Bob - The Joke of a Champion

"Hi, I'm Bob. I like to shoot my Nerf gun at pictures of champions and swing my curtain rod around like I am Jax, ultimately beaning myself in the head before sitting back down. It is my dream to take my weapons up and join the epic battles in Summoner's Rift with all of the other cool people. I want to play a game of Hold 'Em with Gambit... I mean Twisted Fate and show him how a true player... err, plays cards. I want to have a jumping contest((See Ult Ability)) with Darius and see if he can dunk better than myself. Spoiler, I win that contest. I would totally love to see Ahri perform her Harem Jutsu for me because of obvious reasons... So there can be a huge line of people for me to shoot of course. You think Shaco's and LeBlanc's clones will be enough for me? Pfft..."

Bob is just another bronze rank player((I have never actually played a ranked game T.T)) who hopes of achieving greatness with his wannabe skills and half-assed cosplay attempts. Bob is so great at being a bronze player that he cannot climb a ladder to change a light bulb. Terrible puns aside, Bob can become a great champion if guided by the careful hands of a capable Summoner and finally achieve his dream. One fateful battle, Shen was going to Stand United with an ally of his when something went terribly wrong. He found himself in a different world that felt oddly peaceful compared to Runeterra with a small room and a lone individual gawking at him. Seeing this person's gun and staff, Shen assumed he was a great warrior, and must have been an ally if this is where his Stand United brought him. Shen quickly grabbed the warrior and Recalled back to his Nexus so that this new champion may fight along side him.

And thus, Bob had entered the fantasy world of Runeterra. To his surprise, he was granted abilities he had never imagined before; swinging his curtain rod faster and harder, his Nerf gun actually firing when he pulled the trigger. At first, he simply wandered around, lost and confused. He had no idea what he should do until the times he was teleported to a Nexus for battle. After a while, a woman approached him and saw his plight, muttering a phrase that was more of a blessing than any magic the Starchild could have offered. "Let me guide you." Bob may not be the strongest, fastest, smartest or even the most out-of-place champion, but as of that day, he became the most enthusiastic champion Runeterra had ever seen.

Passive - Wannabe Weaponry

Q - Nerf Dart
~~~ Bob takes a second to load a foam dart into his Nerf Gun. After a short cast time((Or short channel)), he fires his dart with the new power he has from Runeterra, causing it pierce any champion or minion it hits for the length of the skill shot. Every champion or minion hit takes reduced damage before the last. ((So first target hit takes 100% damage, second takes 90%, third takes 80%, etc.)) This ability is only available if Bob's last autoattack was with the Nerf Gun.
~~~ Ranks: Damage = 100% of AD/125% AD/150% AD/175% AD/200% AD
~~~Cooldown = 10 seconds.

W - Hi! I'm Bob!
~~~ Bob waves to everyone around him, greeting them in his awkward way and baffling enemy champions. For three seconds, enemies within 500 range of Bob deal decreased damage starting at 5% and decreasing an additional 5% per rank, up to a total of 25%. If an enemy champion is killed while under the effects of "Hi! I'm Bob!" then that champion respawns with a one minute debuff that continues to decrease that champion's damage by half the amount of when they died from the shame of dying while near such a foolish champion. No specific autoattacks are required.

~~~Cooldown = 15 seconds.

E - Overhead Slam
~~~ Bob raises his Curtain Rod above his head before swinging with all of his might against the target champion or minion's head. The target suffers both damage and a minor stun from the concussive blow because the blunt end of a Curtain Rod hurts no matter the helmet, the toughest of your scales or stone skin. This ability is only available if Bob's last autoattack was with the Curtain Rod.
~~~Ranks: Damage = 20/50/80/110/140(+75% AD) - Stun = 0.5 seconds/0.75 seconds/1 second/1.25 seconds/1.5 seconds.
~~~Cooldown: 20 seconds/18 seconds/16 seconds/14 seconds/12 seconds.

R - Wombo Combo

~~~ Bob loads his Nerf Gun with a Nerf Dart but instead of firing it in a line ahead of him, he uses it to fire at the ground and launch himself high in the air towards a target location, damaging enemies around him as he does. At the peak of his launch, he raises his Curtain Rod high in the air before landing on the ground with an Overhead Slam that damages and stuns enemies around him.
~~~Ranks: Launch Damage = 150% of AD/200% AD/250% AD - Landing Damage = 100/150/200(+100% AD) - Landing Stun = 1 second/1.5 seconds/2 seconds.
~~~Cooldown: 120 seconds/105 seconds/90 seconds.

:::Conclusion/Poster's Thoughts:::

So, one day I was just messing around, holding my Nerf gun in my left hand and a curtain rod in my right trying to figure out what kinds of attacks and mechanics I would have if I was a champion. I took inspiration thinking about myself as a typical League of Legends fan and if I was somehow able to fight in Summoner's Rift or the Howling Abyss or wherever the case may be. This prompted me to come up with more of a silly concept for a champion rather than a serious one and as such, Bob - The Joke of a Champion was born. For those wondering, my name is not Bob, I just wanted an unoriginal name that would make people laugh when they heard it and I apologize to anyone actually named Bob in real life if you find this more offensive than amusing. Another idea I wanted to incorporate into Bob was the fact that I enjoy champions that can be in multiple roles rather than champions designed for a specific role and that role only. I figure with the kit I pretty much stole from other champions((Bob is a League of Legends fanboy, of course he is going to mirror other champions)), Bob can take up pretty much any role except for support/mage. Anyways, hope you enjoy the concept or at least get a chuckle from it like I did.
