Vozrik, Eye of the Blades

Note: The Icons I use are not the actual abilities of the icon, just similar to the concept of the icons I want it to be instead.

"Lore": While Vozrik might be a child, he still displayed a large amount of skill in combat. He displayed so much skill that he set off to find others who could rival his combat skills, until he found the Blades, an elite group who worked for Noxus. While Vozrik did not agree with everything Noxus did, he certainly enjoyed the company of the Blades, and their allies, the Grey Order. It was one day where the Blades where on a mission in Piltover, where they were mostly killed and since then, officially disbanded. Having to watch his leaders, loved ones, and friends be killed was hard for him. Working with any surviving members to reform the group, he swore revenge on Piltover.

Vengeance (Passive): Taking damage will increase all damage output by 5/10/15/20% for 1.25/2/2.75/3.5 seconds (Level 1/6/11/16).

/ Accelerating Dagger/Chase Down (Q): Accelerating Dagger: Throw a dagger in a skill shot, dealing 50/90/130/170/210 (+35% AD), marking the target hit for 3.5 seconds. This allows Vozrik to cast Chase Down. Chase Down: Vozrik dashes to the target, dealing 15/25/35/45/55 (+60% AP) damage to enemies hit along the way (and knocking them to the side), while it deals 35/70/105/140/175 (+50% AP) to the target, slowing them by 15% for 1.5/2.25/3/3.75/4.5 seconds. (30/40/50/60/70 Mana) (12 second cooldown) (600 Range)

Armor Up (W): Passive: +5/10/15/20/25 Armor and Magic Resist. Active: For 8 seconds, triple the Armor and Magic Resist given in the passive, and have +5/10/15/20/25% Health regeneration. (85/95/105/115/125 Mana) (27/25/23/21/19 second cooldown) (Self Range)

Brute Force (E): Passive: Basic attacks deal 2/4/6/8/10% of AD as bonus damage. Active: Dash 100/175/250/325/400 units in a direction, making the next basic attack deal 30/60/90/120/150 (+30% AD) bonus damage (lasts for 3 seconds) (50 Mana) (16/14/12/10/8 second cooldown) (100/175/250/325/400 Range)

Talent of the Blades (R): Passive: Every 80/60/40 (affected by cooldown reduction) seconds, gain a charge of Talent's Twist (can have up to three). Active: Launch a dark pulse at an area, dealing 150/225/300 (+60% AD) (+60% AP) damage, stunning enemies for 1.25 seconds. (80 Mana + 1 Charge) (4 Second [STATIC] Cooldown) (1200 Cast Range/ 300 Radius Range)
