Items:
Brawler's Gloves: When held by a champion, increases critical hit chance by 25% (multiplicative)
Cloak of Agility: When held by a champion, increases critical hit chance by 50% (multiplicative)
Will lower all opposing champions speed by 1 stage for 2 turns.
Deals (1/16 HP) damage to all nearby champions at the end of each turn.
When damaged by contact attacks, the attacker is dealt (1/8 HP)
A champion enters stasis for 1 turn. They cannot be attacked, or attack. No interactions can be made while in stasis.
Increases all healing received by 30%.
