what if they made a champion that can switch life bars with the enemy

They would have created a toxic and unfair champion (At least against Tanks)
I can see it now
"I'm gonna let this tank attack me till 10% hp then swap and kill him" would be fun to troll with, but I doubt it will ever happen.
