rioters dont want to permaban people right

Honestly I don't think Rioters like to perma-ban people I have seen some perm-bans over-turned including one myself, the only thing I think is with the huge amount of toxicity (Riot Sometimes) doesn't know if a person (Feeding) or (unsportsmanlike) Conduct is real or not, if a player displays toxicity in chat is one thing but if there are only a couple of games to go by then it creates an issue, I just wish Riot were more understanding in some situations when a player does Feed because a troll griefs them and steals their role needs to be dealt with hard...

Also I hear Riot is putting in an early surrender option, hopefully they make it like DOTA 2 where all players are allowed to leave a game if a player goes AFK and the AFK player takes a harder penalty for it like in DOTA 2.

In General I would say Riot employee I have met are respectful and nice even though things aren't always in my favor can only hope that Riot will learn and help deal with toxicity in games in the future, I am honestly not worried about chat restrictions or bans anymore but rather the passive trolls who intentionally really screw over players because players trolling during an early game phase often really throws me off hard.
