buffs? he needs some major nerfs.. those 6.3 nerfs didn't do anything. making his skillshot less wide doesn't champ the fact he does absurd damage for his insane survivablity

Those mean nothing as plat+ is used to the auto win his q used to give so they're tilting.

No matter where you play him, he's either solid or downright terrifying.

Support:

Makes for an alright support with some good poke. And - lest we forget - he has the "lolnope" button when you're about to land a skill shot... so he's pretty good.

Jungle:

I guess his cc is OK, his clear isn't terrible, but is pretty gimmicky. I haven't seen it work yet, but I'm bronze AF, so... it may be more of a thing.

Top:

This is where Tahm is truly terrifying. This gromp-looking motherfucker is sticky as shit, and tanky as shit. If he lands his q, be ready to get looped until dead, because his q is on such a low cooldown. It's q, auto, auto, devour, repeat. Since you're probably a melee champ with little to no escapes other than killing the enemy laner or some small bit of cc, you might not make it out of this loop. It's disgusting.

Overall:

His numbers are solid; a little to solid, sometimes. His ult's random-ass damage is very misplaced and makes him terrifying. All he has to do is build tank, and he will wreck squishies, especially if you also beef it up with a Titanic Hydra (which a lot of Tahm players do). Overall, if he needs a change in balance, I'd say he's a little strong right now. Not opressively OP, but pretty strong.

He needs a revert on the HP ratio on ulti nerf, and just nerf his E so the amount that's converted to a shield scales to 100% with ranking it up.

That'll probably do it.
