Okay hello guys! This is my first forum/boards post EVER! So please feel free to criticize my mistakes (but be respectful) and give suggestions!
I am going to make a bunch of controversial champions with what some might call "overpowered" but i have tried to balance it out. So now, i present to you:
Shade, the Assassin of Shadows Primary - Assassin Secondary - Tank Birthplace - Noxus
Playstyle: Shade is a magic resistance tank, like Galio
but can turn bursty or tanky depending on how you build him. He relies mainly on his combo, and is a AD assassin and AP tank.

Lore: [TL;DR Warning] The child of a once great Noxian General, and a powerful sorceress; Shade, was left alone in the alleyways of Noxus streets to fend for him self at the age of 4, when his parents were forced to run away after the general was found stealing from Darius
. He was taken in by a Noxian Scientist after Shade was found able to dash though walls to steal food and summon daggers that had a purplish glow. The Scientist, although kind, was also ambitious to make Shade into a mercenary that can generate income very efficiently. So he threatened to turn Shade in if he did not do what he was told. As Shade grew, he became more and more dangerous. His powers became stronger and stronger as he was trained by Noxus army specialists. Since Shade was still young, he was given potions that would make him less hurt by magics and blades, to withstand the harsh training. The potion was designed to wear off, and was timed to do so right after the training sessions were over. As the training went on, he went from being able to merely summon in 1 feeble dagger, to being able to summon in an entire storm of daggers. But on his last day of training, as he was going to be let out for the first time in years to be sent after his first target. The Scientist faulted in his lab and created a mass explosion within his lab. Shade was caught in the explosion and was marked "Dead" as his body was not found. He was not dead. Within the years of isolation, Shade has been doing training of his own, with his powers, he had fully masted stealth, he was adequate with daggers and short swords, but the isolation did little to improve his speed. The explosion changed him, the potion that was suppose to wear off had a permanent effect. He was just very slightly resistant to magic, and his exo-structure was hardened by an unknown metal. Over the next couple years of his life, he found jobs at a bar, and made a living for himself as a mercenary. He founded and led a team of other mercenaries, assassins, theifs, and mages. But as they had finally exceeded their goals, Shade and a few friends joined the League of Legends for more challenging foes.

Abilities:
Passive - Rushed Haste: Shade gains a stack of Rushed Haste each second from walking in the same direction for 4 seconds, or for every 3 abilities hit on the same target within 10 seconds. Each stack grants +15 movement speed and +5% attack speed for 10 seconds. Can stack up to 5 times. Grants +10 armor and +10 magic resistance for every 30 AP.
"Q" - Shadow Walk: Upon activation, Shade goes into stealth for 5/6/7/8/10 seconds, during the stealth, he gains 50% movement speed. His first auto attack deals 5/20/25/30/50 + (103% AD) Physical Damage While in stealth Shade leaves behind a shadow trail that indicates where he has been during stealth. Touching the trail will slow and deal 1/5/6/7/10 +(78% AD) magic damage per second. Activating again will erupt the trail, slowing and dealing (103% AD) magic damage to everyone that is standing in the trail, taking Shade out of stealth, and putting the skill on 150% second of it's normal cooldown. Cannot use any other ability than Shadow Blade while in stealth [Cost: 80/90 at rank 2/100 at rank 5. Mana] [20/17 at rank 2/13 at rank 5/ second cooldown]
"W" - Shadow Barricade: Grants a shield that blocks out 80/110/140/170/200 + (90% AP) damage, if the shield blocks out magic damage, Shade is healed for 80% of the magic damage he blocked. Shield lasts until broken. (Stacks up to 2 times) [Cost: 60/70/80/90/100] [15/13/11/9/7 second cooldown]
"E" - Shadow Blade: (Skillshot) Throws a dagger that deals 65/80/95/110/135 + (130% AD) physical damage and slows for 20/30/40/50/60%, if it hits a champion you can activate this ability again to blink in a random direction towards the hit champion, while becoming untargetable for 2 seconds.
"R" - Shadow Waltz: Activates to summon in 15 normal daggers and 1 shadow dagger for every 13 AD and 1 spiritual dagger for every 23 AP. Normal Daggers tracks targets near Shade (priorities champions) and deals (100% AD) Physical Damage. Shadow Daggers tracks targets that has been auto attacked by Shade and deals (150% AD) Physical Damage. Spiritual Daggers tracks targets that has been hit by Shadow Walk's trail or Shadow Blade, and deals (70% AP) magic damage, while healing Shade for 80% of the damage done. If there are remaining daggers left after 10 seconds, all the daggers point down and deals (130% AD) + (50% AP) in an area around Shade. [Cost: 100/90/80 Mana] [120/80/50 second cooldown]
