TL;DR WARNING!!! This is extremely long and if you want a shortened version look in the comments!
Note: Cooldowns do not reset by switching forms. The first ability name is the decend form, the second is the ascend form. With that said, i present to you:
Ace, the Fallen Guardian Primary - Fighter Secondary - Mage Birthplace - Unknown, but lives in Noxus and has ties to the Shadow Isles
Playstyle: Ace can be a AD fighter or AP mage based on his builds. He has high mobility with unique abilities.

There is a world far away populated by graceful and beautiful winged beings gifted with immortality, where an ancient conflict still rages. Like so many conflicts, this war split families. One side proclaimed themselves as beings of perfect order and justice, fighting to unite the world under their law and strong central governance. Those that fought against them saw their kin as tyrants, creatures incapable of seeing the larger view, who would sacrifice individuality and freedom for the illusion of efficiency and safety. Ace fought tirelessly for his people, and to unite the world, but he was betrayed by one that he trusted the most. His sister Kayle
. He was framed for driving Morgana away without a fair trial, and was then labled as Fallen. He woke up in the shadow isles, where he learned to convert his holy energy to shadow energy to survive. And soon, after his wings healed flew off to a unknown land - Runterra.
Years later, surviving the wars of Noxus, he joined a mercenary group, and eventually joined to League of Legends to pursuit the ones that had him doomed.
Abilities:
Passive - Aerial Grace - Ace gains bonuses for each form he is in. effects on him.
Decend form: 5 (+2 per level) AD per auto attack on a champion (stacks up to 3 times) and 2(+1 per level) armor and magic resist each time you are auto attacked by a champion.
Ascend form: 25 Movement speed, ---30% Total armor and magic resist and 5/10/15% SpellVamp.
Rooted/Snared: Instantly sent to descend form and is stunned for 10% of the root duration after the root expires. (Does not gain bonuses that would normally occur from manually switching forms)
Stunned: Instantly sent to descend form and is disoriented (same effects as a blind but only has a chance to miss instead of missing every attack) for 20% of the duration of the stun. (Does not gain the normal bonuses that would occur from manually switching forms)
"Q" - DarkShock/Ciphering: DarkShock - Sends out a wave in a circular area that extends out and deals 50/65/80/95/110 (+65% AD) physical damage, after extending for 2 seconds, or hitting more than one champion it returns at a faster speed and deals additional 10/15/20/25/30 (+45% AD) physical damage. [11/10.5/10/9.5/9 second cooldown] [Costs 60/65/70/80/85 mana] Ciphering - Sends out a skill shot that silences the first target hit dealing 55/65/75/85/100 (+98% AP) magic damage. If it hits a champion it sends out a pulse in a cone behind the target dealing additional 20/25/30/35/40 (+80% AP) magic damage. [9/8.5/8/7.5/7 second codlin] [Costs 70/75/80/85/90 mana]
"W" - Decend/Ascend: Decend - Ace lands, losing his buffs from Ascend and dealing magic damage in an area. If he lands on a champion that champion is also slowed while Ace keeps his range from Ascend for 3 seconds. Ascend - Ace takes off on his wings gaining new abilities, 300 range, and a burst of movement speed that lasts 3 seconds.
"E" - Darkness Bolt/Darkness Shroud: Darkness Bolt - Dashes forward, dealing 40/55/70/90/105 (+67% AD) physical damage to all enemies hit in the path. [14/13/12/11/10 second cooldown] [Costs 60/70/80/90/100 mana] Darkness Shroud - Targets an area, after 3 seconds the area will be covered in darkness, reducing vision and slowing enemies hit. If a champion is hit then Ace can use the ability again to instantly dash to the middle of the shroud and going in the Decend form. Enemies will not see where the area is until the last second.
"R" - Siphoning Fever - Instantly slows all enemies around him dealing 150/250/350 (+70% AD) (+70% AP), after first cast he can cast it again within 5 seconds to begin a 5 4 second channel, during the channel he gains 50 bonus armor and magic resistance. After a successful channel he stuns all enemies within it's range and deals the damage again.
