Can we expect a Swain skin soon, maybe even for the Harrowing?

With the new Kassadin skin, the champions that have gone the longest without a skin, that have not recently received a VU or are scheduled for one, are Kennen and Swain. This post is not about Kennen, though.

Swain has no skins with any animations, beyond an altered walking animation for his Tyrant skin. I am afraid then when we do get a skin, it will be a 750RP one that once again, brings no new animations.

Since Dragon Master Swain seems to be a lost cause by now, I believe a Harrowing-themed Swain skin (perhaps Count Dracula-themed) worth 975-1350RP would be exactly what Swain fans need right now, without the prospect of a VU any time soon. A new splash would be excellent as well.

If this is not already the plan, then of course we won't be seeing this due to the time it takes to complete a skin. I can only hope Swain was chosen as one of the champions to receive a new skin this year, and if not, that he may get one in the near future.
