Cadec, The Tamed Destruction [Champion Concept]
This one's a tricky one.
Cadec, the Tamed Destruction
Cadec is a Crag Beast, however not the typical Crag Beast. This one has a higher intelligence than the rest,
and can be tamed. Think of it like Kalista's Black Spear in the shop. She can buy it, and then use it on someone to become Oathsworn Bonded. Once someone buys his favorite drink [Graggy Ice] and gives it to him, they can then hop on his back and be used as a mount (similar to Sejuanni) How this could work is Cadec would have most of the movement control, however whoever is riding him could slightly turn his direction (like reigns on a saddle). They would both have separate abilities, and the rider can unmount at any time. Cadec will take 75% of the damage done while being ridden, while the rider will take 25%. This could also be combo'd with champions that have abilities that require them to stand still, such as Jhin could be ulting while riding Cadec.

ABILITIES
PASSIVE: Cadec takes a rider when bribed with Graggy Ice. He gains X movement speed when being ridden.
Q Iron Tusk: Cadec stabs his target with his tusks, picking them up for 2 seconds and dealing bleed damage over 4 seconds.
W Tremor: Cadec stomps on the ground, slowing any enemy within an X radius dealing damage.
E Sundering Leap: Cadec uses all the strength in his legs to leap at a target location, useful as an escape or initiate.
R Outrage: Cadec roars a mighty roar, fearing and slowing all enemies he is facing.
I know this may be a little op, but I just put some good ideas for abilities, please comment some that you think would be nice
