Welcome to my champion concept for my first ADC. This champ came from the kit first, so please feel free to make suggestions on anything, especially the lore and character name. He uses throwing knives to attack, grabbing them from his jacket pockets to throw them. He starts with his left pocket then his right and alternate between each attack.

Lore: Zilean once thought he was the only one who survived that horrible day, the day that his beloved city Urtistan was destroyed. Zilean once thought he had escaped that event and had to pay his crimes by living out the rest of his life. Zilean was wrong. A mysterious man followed Zilean into the present day and tracked him by detecting the chronodisplasia he had found the one survivor he didn't get. This tracker came a bit late, suddenly feeling this condition being healed. After he traveled around Runeterra, he found some answers to how Zilean got cured in Noxus. Vincent smiled to himself as he tracked his prey to only one viable location. The League of Legends. Vincent always made sure he killed every single person when he attacked a village. Loyal to no one but himself, he is a wild card that will turn on his allies just because it fits his fancy. He swore to kill his foe now, to kill anyone that gets in his way. The League is about to see horror that they didn't know existed.

Passive: Serrated Edges= Vincent makes foes bleed when he scores a critical strike, dealing 70% of his AD over 3 seconds. Critical strikes against a bleeding target refreshes it's duration and increases the crit damage by 15%. (weak early game thanks to low critical chance but gets stronger as the game roles out. Has low attack range, like Lucian.)

Q: Dimensional Rift= Vincent uses his ability to twist time to create a rift from another reality. This rift hits the same target as Vincent for 50 % of his damage. These attacks can Critically strike but do not gain the critical strike bonus (only applies passive bleed). Lasts for 6/7/8/9/10 seconds. Can have up to 2 charges. Gains a charge every 15/14/13/12/11 seconds. *Has the same range as Vincent and exists as long as he is within 1000 units from it. If Vincent's target isn't in range, the Rift hits nearby targets instead, favoring Champions. Vincent relies on Dimensional Rifts to maximize his damage. (as a side note, Vincent scales to his AD at .70 for his auto attacks instead of the full 1.00 ad, so he is weaker than other ADs without a rift out but can be much stronger with them out.)

W: Time Drifting= Vincent marks the place for time drifting, allowing him to teleport to it and consume the drift upon a second cast. Onn first use, he sets the area. Second use, he teleports to it instantly. Think of Flash range. The Drift stays for 6/7/8/9/10 seconds before going on CD. CD starts on second cast or when it expires. Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12. *due to the nature of the first cast, it is hard setting this skil up for engages and is often best used to escape or juke instead.

E: Deadly Blades= Vincent uses multiple knives per attack, causing your next 3 auto attacks to become a wave (the target being the center) type of attack. Dimensional Rifts will throw out 3 knives instead of waves at 3 different targets. Cooldown resets if a bleeding target dies. Cooldown: 20/19/18/17/16 *if used with Runaan's, you can pretty much use this as an aoe burst, but the Rifts will not act any different.

R: Endless Cycle= Vincent traps the target in an endless cycle of time, markig them with a time rune that stores attacks used against it from Vincent. After 4/5/6 seconds, it will deal 35/50/65% OF this damage to them. If this damage kills the target, a nearby unit will be affected by this ultimate again. Cannot target minions. CD: 180/150/120 *this is the move that deletes squishies. This effectively makes you a squishy killer, dealing lots of damage to them then punishing the enemy team for letting them die. One option the target has is it move away from their allies so they don't spread this deadly cycle, but immunity (Kayle ult, Zhona's etc) will also help cancel this skill. This move cannot be cleansed.

WEll here we go. Any criticism is welcomed :)
