Riot Shield Braum

Am I the only one here who's genuinely surprised there hasn't been a Riot Gear-themed Braum skin even though Singed of all chars has one? I mean yeah the visual effects of the Q and R moves would need to be pretty different, but I could totally picture Braum with a badass mustache and sunglasses wielding a humongous metal shield with lights and ram logo in the style of a law enforcement agency on it. What do you guys think, would such a skin work for Braum?
