The swirly icon looks a lot like the shadow isles icon and since there has been no news or leaks of a new champion I think we are getting a skin. Plus "THEY" I mean, come on Kalista is a they, and "are coming" who comes for people? Kalista does that's who.

One of the Rioters tweeted that it's a teaser for the new champion they're releasing after worlds.
