Attack Speed Bug on Devourer/Sated Devourer Enchant

I've played a few games now with the devourer enchant in the jungle and I noticed that sometimes I will lose the attack speed from the item. I haven't figured out how to "trip" the bug (idk if thats the right word) but it seems to be almost random. I will just be auto attacking and all of a sudden lose 50% attack speed for about three to five seconds then it comes right back. Also it has happened on item 3710 and item 3718 and also item 3930 and item 3931 . I have not used item 3722 or item 3726 this patch yet.

You lose it when using a potion. It's weird as fuck.

You are totally right. Now that you mention it I remember it happening when i was using a mana potion.

Noticed this on A-Atrox yesterday. Thought I was going crazy (don't use pots often on him, so that would explain the randomness.)
