First Strike Border For PROJECT: Yasuo

Would it be possible to give all the players who owned the PROJECT: Yasuo skin prior to the release of the new "PROJECT" skins a "first strike" splash art border? Like the borders you get if you buy one of the five new "PROJECT" skins.

Nope, because it isn't part of the First Strike event.
