got a couple problems with it.

1: frightening figure buffs are absolutely ridiculous, and make it so that if fiddle is even slightly ahead, you are forced to fight him and probably feed him, or run away and definitely feed him.

2: drain was removed. drain is his defining feature and shouldn't just be replaced with another ability.

3: adding the extra cast on his ult. while i completely agree that his ult needs to be fixed, adding a second cast on it isn't the way to go.

4: dark wind still exists. dark wind is an overwhelmingly oppressive ability. it's a long-range targeted ability that bounces and silences for a strong duration, and you haven't really changed that.

i wrote up my own fiddle rework a while ago, and one of the things i think i did well on it were moving the mobility on his ult to a different ability, in my case i used his fear. this increases the reliability on his ult, while also strengthening early ganks, but reducing some of the unfair elements of his fear by forcing him to use it offensively to jump on top of people if he wants to fear them, also making it avoidable.

Good points, I'll just note the thing I changed on Dark Wind is that:

  1. You can hit only one champion, rest of bounces/splits are for poke-farming (it states non-champions).
  2. In case you use it on minion, it splits into smaller crows that hit minions. So you can no longer use minions as something to increase range to bounce to champ. Champion must be strictly in range and be the targeted one.
  3. The range could be even nerfed. I didn't want to go by Riot's current trend Make it all skillshots (though I understand the approach) while I do see how DW is easy to use. It's my guilty pleasure when playing Fiddle cuz its click to deal tons of dmg, its what I hate when playing against Fiddle, cuz it's easy poke. I just wanted to keep its jungle viablity and nerf it a little.

As for Drain, I wanted something pumpkin-based and some new ability to perform my creativity on. I though that AoE slow with potential stun would be better for gank-assistance while also keeping the part with dealing damage and healing over time. But I do agree I wouldn't mind if it stayed since how unique for him it is.

As for ult, I tried to nerf it in overall dmg (from wiki page, it looks like overall potential damage is 5 * 350 + 5 * 40% AP for 1750 + 200% AP; mine has potential for 4 * 250 + 4 * 50% AP for 1000 + 200% AP; let's say with average 600AP its difference 2950 and 2200) plus add something around 0.8 or 0.5 extra cast/channel time to give him advantage that his blink is not on-cast but when he needs it. It may make it easier to use, too easy relatively to still huge damage burst plus the buffs to supress dashes and escapers of champs (silence for ability kit) I gave it. But I think nerfing the damage might do a spell. Down to 75 - 150 (+20% AP) for potential of 600 + 80% AP, in practise averagely around 1080 damage.

As for passive, I wanted "fearing" him rewarding him to be his trait. I imagined counterplay in refelxive moving. The crow applies tru damage only when it hits targetwith FF. Counterplays? It states "moving", so If the champ stops for like 0.3 second in the moment crow hits him, he won't have FF. Also he can quickly turn around and then run again. It may be little too OP (maybe nerfs to the bonuses) but I actually like this design of mine the most of the suggested rework.

BTW Thanks for taking time reading the suggestion. Most people don't really do that unless it has pictures and stuff on it :D Also, can you link your suggestion? I can't find it in your history.

np, i enjoy looking at rework ideas since i make them myself, i don't post them on the boards and usually just share them with friends. i totally understand the desire for "fear" to be a part of him, i wanted to do that too, though i went in a completely different direction with it.

http://i.imgur.com/5YWNRYL.png there's my rework, i've gotten some confusion regarding the passive so i'll clarify that bit a little, the term "ally vision" is used to describe how you can see what your minions, towers, teammates, and wards can see, and is the thing that nocturne's ult turns off (in addition to nerfing your sight radius) i wanted to play off of players' fear of not getting assistance from their teammates, making them feel like help isn't coming, because your team mates may not even know you're being attacked if you're not communicating with them

also i reused all his ability icons just because they're something to look at and i can't draw :p edit: it's not mentioned in the image but i also changed his auto attacks to melee, so he can get some use out of that scythe

That sounds actually great. I think his passive might feel functionally like Evelyn's (except she can only be revealed by stealth ward afaik and can be revealed by others, I do see this difference) so I think If Evelyn got reworked to some other use, this passive might actually feel better on Fiddle. Also it would stress something his current E doesn't stress - he should have more potentional 1v1 IMHO. This could make him seek for isolated enemies to stress it. Good idea. I do agree with you that your idea of placing the blink it to Terrify is better. Except that it might (in case he doesn't blink on place) reduce the potential it has to run away. Do you think blinking on place might work or you actually intended it to be more agrresive rather than defensive?

yea, the idea was to make his fear more aggressive so he had to jump on top of people to fear them, making it a less safe ability. as for the passive, it is similar to eve's, but much less strong (as he can still be detected by wards, in ganks against top and mid his passive would be completely unnoticable, aside from the fact that the enemy jungler wouldn't know he was there)
