So we got 3 Fish type characters I know of so far, FIzz, Nami, and Tahm Kench.
We need to get 2 more! so we can complete a team.
Roles they should fill, ADC and Top/Jg

Done.
This requires you to have someone who owns Urfwick, though.
Manatees aren't fish, I know, but I doubt you'll get an actual fish for an ADC.
