Blue essence

Is it just me or is it stupidly hard to build up enough blue essences to upgrade your mastery?

I have an idea i wanna throw out to everyone....

What if after you got enough tokens to upgrade your mastery you get blue essence for each time you achieve S-/S/S+ on that champion based on the tokens you're earning.

This would allow for players to not have to 100% rely on RNG to upgrade their mastery and would encourage higher level of game play.

Anyone think this would be a viable way for riot to make mastery 6-7 less hard to obtain due to lack of blue essence?
