The Ruined King

Basics:

Homeland: Not told where The Ruined King is from.

Class: mid/top laner, assasin, engage

Abilities:

Passive: No Name : The last slot of his equipment is casted in an blue light, based on the items put there he gets special bonuses. Usable items have no effect on it.

Infinity Edge: Gains additional 15% crit chance, His Ultimate can crit for 50% damage. + Orbs on sword glow gold.

Maybe more items should have additional effects. Can change between them but changing starts channeling for 3 seconds.

Q: Sacrifice blood.

TRK cuts his left arm with his sword taking 3% of max heath istead of mana, then 3 or more shadow orbs go to the nearest enemies focusing champions can hit same target many times. If more than one orb hits champion deals 50% damage. Slows for 20% for 2 seconds. The orbs deal 50/60/70/80/100 damage on hit + ad and ap scaling.

TRK Hits the ground with his left arm giving himself a 100/120/140/160/200, + 10/15/20/25/30 for each unit hit. It has an range simmilar to Mordekaiser's W. Deals 50/70/80/90/120 damage + ap scaling.

E: Steal life.

TRK links an enemy unit with an energy beam (simmilar to BOTRK use effect) constantly sucking out health from the enemy, healing TRK based ff the damage. 150/180/200/220/250 over 3 seconds + ap scaling. If TRK is close enough to the target he can do the damage in a burst while also doing a powerfull slash with his sword dealing 150/180/200/220/280 magic damage + 3 % of targets max health + ad scaling.

R: The Kings Wrath

TRK Leaps to a targeted location plunging his sword into the ground, after a moment pulling it out fearing all nearby enemies. After pulling the sword out his sword is covered in the Mist from the Shadow Isles. His R then changes into "Mania" He can rapidly use this ability, it's on a 0,5 sec cooldown, he can use it 5 times. King slashes his sword in an arc in front of him dealing 5 % max health damage + ap ad scaling. Using this spell doesn't cancel his movement and he gains 50% movement speed. Wisually He starts jumping and laughing while moving.

Lore: His lore is what was told in the Kalista/Hecarim/Shadow Isles lore.

How big is his sword? I made a concept that legit gives him the ability to summon a sword that's three-stories tall. xD

I find it hard not to point out the mistakes, since they are very blatant, but since LuaDotExe already did I'll capitalize on the one value I find in this kit: The King's Wrath. I love that idea of leaking out the Black Mist to eviscerate the enemies in a terrifying manner. It makes for a chaotic entrance that is usually only replicated with tank ultimates--except this one does damage. I think only Nocturne Nocturne has a chaotic entrance similar to this.

Outside of that, I feel that you need to highlight context and meaning clearly for The Ruined King's kit. Answer some obvious questions one might ask, like why does he cut himself? In my concept, I have a thematical reason, engrained in his lore, for why each ability works the way it does.

Speaking of lore, I strongly believe that at least 60% of the focus should be on the significance of his lore. The Ruined King is the crux of why The Shadow Isles even exists. As such, I personally transformed his lore into an epic that involves: Mordekaiser Hecarim Kalista Ryze Azir Evelynn Lucian Thresh Nautilus Maokai Yorick Bard

It creates a connection between mana and death, goes more in depth in these champions personalities, and it lays the foundation for the very reason why we play League of Legends by connecting The Ruined King to the Nexus Shards. With such significance, I am able to justify his kit as sort of a raid boss who has very telegraphed abilities, but are monumentally powerful. I mean, a three-story tall sword could literally be considered a monument.

I feel like The Ruined King has amazing potential in his lore and champion theme, so I wanted to appreciate that by making his lore a novel rather than a short story. Unfortunately, it takes a lot of effort and I wasn't sure if I should sustain it. However, the historical concepts devoted to making The Ruined King a reality gives hope for me to at least finish this story. The psychotic part of The Ruined King is a very important piece of his life, and I am actually planning on making an unclear disaster in the universe of Runeterra being directly caused by a rampage by The Ruined King.

He does NOT need to be in the game. That's like adding all champions with item names into the game like Doran, lord domick, etc. really dumb.

Uh, no, a psychotic champion would not be "sick," since deciding that a champion is "psychotic" is offensive to the mentally ill, which is already a controversial topic and should NOT be brought to League of Legends. That aside, let's get cracking:

The passive is useless. There's so many items in the game, and you're basically REQUIRING them to build those items. Not much to say here. On the topic of his Q: "shadow orbs" instantly make me think of Syndra's dark orbs. Base damage is pretty high, as well; since there are three orbs, and the following two do 50% reduced damage, we take 100% of the damage and then add 50% to it, twice. That gives us 200% of the damage, meaning the base damage should be much lower; that's a base 50%. I could talk more about the scalings, but you don't have them yet. I dislike the dual scaling, however. Is W a heal or a shield? What damage type? Your E has AD scaling magic damage, which is almost never a good thing. It increases the physical damage your auto attacks do, while making it harder to itemize against you because suddenly you have an ability that also increases with the same stat but has a different damage typing. Your R is fine as it is.

In total, your kit is messy; your passive requires you to build specific items instead of encouraging building them, and requires gold to get use out of. On top of that, it has no in-built effects besides that, which makes you more feast-or-famine. Additionally, your kit is mildly dull, and there's not much room for skill expression. You're more like a fighter than an Assassin, and it's not clear what you should be building. Your W and E makes me think "build bruiser" or "build tank," as well as your high base damages, ut you have next to no utility. Your E and W don't fit on an Assassin.
