Remake problems...

Well i just lost an ranked game because the remake system is stupid and doesn't make sense. He's how it went: We pick champions, everything seems ok, a little quiet but ok, the game starts to load, 1st minute, 2nd minute, 3rd minute, 5th minute... Our Viktor is still not connected. What to do ? 7th minute... we finally load in. Everyone is weirded out, we say on all chat: "so we remake ?" Everyone says yes mostly. The game goes to the 0:30 mark when we should have a remake, but no the Viktor didn't even move from spawn and we couldn't remake, We were all like "wtf ?" gg. 6th minute of the game , our retarted nasus silver top loses to an lethality jayce. He's 0/2 , "Fuck this game i go afk" "Summoner has disconnected" and we were left 3v5 we have 1 kill, enemy has 6. What can we do ? Surrender at 15. Now, The point is... Fuck this system. I don't know why the fuck i couldn't remake but please fix and i would really want to get my lp back. Anyway I think that they should also make remake's count to your promo, If the enemy remakes of course. I don't know if it's something because of that Victor's internet or Riot games. Or you can't remake Victor cause he has an Item ? Idk Pls fix.
