Jermaine, the Health Inspector

Title: Jermaine, The Inspector

Lore: Jermaine is the biological son of a wealthy couple who owned a fast food joint just south of Freljord. They had him for six days and decided it was too much to raise a child and run a food chain full time, and put him up for adoption. He was never adopted and grew up to be a health inspector. One day while he was inspecting a fast food chain he heard people talking about a fast food place not far from Freljord and decided to inspect it. When he showed up to the place for the surprise inspection, he found the place had been thriving wildly on serving hot chocolate. The owners met him at the door and burst into tears when they saw him. They told him that they were his biological parents and Jermaine was struck with a flurry of emotions. But above all, he was angry, and none the less gave an above average inspection of the restaurant. He looked between the floorboards and individually taste tested everything on the menu, disappointed that he found pickles in his burger. After sitting the owners down to go over his notes, a final fit of rage struck in him out of nowhere and smote his parents, and thus, closing the establishment. As he walked away from the burning building, he made a promise to fail every establishment that is owned by people who put their kids up for adoption.

Appearance: A black health inspector. He got dreads and everything.

Abilities:

Passive-The Health Inspector: Jermaine is constantly taking notes on the lowest level opponent, increasing his critical damage against them. If everyone is the same level, this buff is determined by his e.

Q-Pen/Pencil: Jermaine switches between writing utensils, pen making his basic attacks deal bonus true damage to enemies, and pencil “erasing” damage he's taken aka granting lifesteal.

W-Checklist: As Jermaine moves, he goes down his checklist, and once the checklist is complete, the next person he attacks gets an F, which applies a debuff until he dies. This debuff makes them the person he’s inspecting(passive).

E-I Said Hold the Pickles: Jermaine judges the enemy’s burger making capabilities, and ridicules them for putting pickles on his order, which he specifically said not to. This hurts the enemy’s feelings and slows them the closer they are to Jermaine.

R-I’m Closing This Establishment: Jermaine executes the person he’s inspecting if they’re under the effects of “I Said Hold the Pickles” and have less than 20% health. They just weren’t up to par.

How to play Jermaine When ganking, always lead with “I Said Hold the Pickles” so you can slow them down. Don’t forget to use “I’m Closing This Establishment” to kill enemies. If you’re hurt, make sure to use Pencil mode to erase damage!!!

How to play against Jermaine Buy QSS and he cannot touch you Jermaine needs to attack you to get “Checklist” on you. DON’T let him touch you. Jermaine hates pickles but loves chicken. Azir takes 5% less damage.
