New Champ: Pintin, The Virgin Child of Karthus(?)

Appearance: Pintin is not any known species, so there is no qualifying him with a group of people. He has a body structure like Shen, but has no weapons. I actually have no clue what he will wear, but I know that he wears a hat, so no visible hair. This is a cosmetic feature, but whenever he does a basic attach, his hands change into an assortment of different weapons.

Lore: Pintin was brought into this world by a virgin mother, impregnated by Karthus so that she may bring a true bringer of death to all. But once Pintin was born, he killed his mother. He killed everyone in the delivery room except for Karthus, who was standing off in a dark corner. Karthus swept the child under his arms and carried him off to a far away place to brainwash him with the ways of death. Years later, he decided to send him off into the League of Legends to eliminate the most powerful champions that stood in his way of world annihilation. "Pintin could be anywhere right now, he could be that box, or your sword, or even me..."- Pintin

Abilities: Passive- Taking suggestions First Ability-Full Stretch: His next three basic attacks give him double range Second Ability-Run with scissors: Pintin forms both of his hands in the shape of a pair of scissors then dashes forward damaging everything in front of him and causes bleed that deals true damage for 5 seconds (+10% AD)(does not bleed baron or dragon) Third Ability-Big headbutt: Pintins head swells as he targets a champion, dealing damage and causing slow Ultimate- New Stretch: Passively gives him more range on all abilities and basic attacks. When active, Pintin goes into a sage called New Stretch, where he becomes a melee champ, but takes much larger steps, basically giving him a great movement speed incease
