The take a "penny leave a penny" of league of legends!

Hello, I just want to start something the community can do to better itself, I figured we can make our salty community less salty and as toxic as twitch autos by helping one another. So the system I purpose works like this, you comment maybe a skin or champion you have had your eye on, then someone else posts what they want, and you both gift the person what the other wanted. Example:

JoesPancake I really want kha'zixKhazix (side note: I do want him been trying to save money so I have RP for him)

XxMid0rfedxX Cool I really want syndra Syndra

End Example. I dunno if this is a bad or good idea, just a concept to make more trust in this community, let me know your thoughts.

Im not quite sure i understand. Do you mean like trading content you have (champion/skins)? This could not work in the sense that Riot would lose money because people will just trade and not buy champions/skins anymore.

If you mean gifting (using RP) you can already do this, granted its not really something you would want to do since people can scam you out of free stuff. eg someone ask for Kha, you want Syndra, you gift them, but they dont gift you back.

The problem is trust exactly - who goes first? How do you make the other person respond?

Let's assume only 5% of the community is bad. So then you have a 95% chance at it being okay, right? No - if only 5% of the community would actually like to participate in this, that means a 50% chance it won't work out. If even more are turned off because of the chance... well you see where this goes.

I also think the idea has a core flaw - take a penny leave a penny is basically something negligible that most people don't care about. In general I don't care about coin - I don't like having them weigh down my wallet, so I typically give coin to the homeless guy if I have any on me. Likewise, if you're a few coins short of making a payment (instead of receiving a bunch of coin as change) it would be great to have them!

Skins on the other hand can be rather expensive, up to $20 for an ultimate.
