The Nayias Temple

The terrible storm that pored over the Conqueror's Sea, the waves crashing into the boat. Six days, was it really worth it, I was out of food, Out of water, I was better off rotting in the Demacian prison. But there, in the distance it stood, an Island, shrouded in a veil of mist, I was saved. Without hesitation I began to steer my sinking vesicle towards it... Freedom at last.  On dry land once more, I surveyed my surroundings, atop a large hill I saw the quaint building sit, looked like some sort of temple. Now, I'm no religious man, but I will worship whatever deity this temple is constructed to for bread and a mug of ale. Upon reaching the decrepit walls concealing the temple, I heard voices, were there.. people fighting in there?. I pulled myself into a nearby tree, and peered over the mossy stonework. Within the walls, in a courtyard, stood about 40 folks, dressed in pale white garment, the way they fought was truly something to behold, Striking, and running, striking, and running, they moved so quick a drunk man would think they were teleportation around. I watched them for a while, there was something majestic about them... something wonderful, they had a real grasp on combat, I tell ya. But I noticed one of them had gone missing, the only one without shoes had vanished, it seems. I heard what I swear was a laugh... Then I was in the courtyard, surrounded by these fierce folk, all of them with blades drawn. After a long explanation... and more beggin than I am proud to admit, they gave me food, a spot to drink, gave my boat a good fixing, and sent me back to where I came, only exception, I had no plans on going back to Demacia, so I came here..

"And that, son, Is how I got this Medallion." "Do you ever want to go back to that temple dad?" "No, no, but, one day you might, just don't tell em who your old man is."

Passive; Quickening; Basic Attacks and Abilities that hit enemy champions grant (X) bonus Movement Speed for a short time. This effect can stack (Y) times and decay 1 stack per (Z) second(s) without hitting an enemy champion.

Q; Purity Strike; Shuiro Dashes forward 400 units, Passing through minions, Removing any crowd control effects and stopping on the first enemy champion(or monster) hit. Upon impact with an enemy champion Purity Strike deals (X) Physical damage and roots the target for (Y) seconds. If Purity Strike dose not strike an enemy champion(or monster) its cooldown is doubled.

W; Nayias Chi Burst; Nayias Chi Burst can be cast 3 times before going on cooldown, however it cannot be used on the same champion more than once. Blink to a target enemy or allied champion within 250 units, Dealing (X) Physical damage to the enemy champion, or Healing allied champion for (Y) AP).

E; Nekote Leap; Shuiro leaps backward 300 units, If he passes over an enemy he slashes them with a poison coated claw, Dealing (X) magic damage over a few seconds. After (Y) Second(s) Nekote leap can be cast again, leaping forward on the second cast, If he passes over a different enemy champion they take (X) magic damage, however, if he jumps over the same enemy champion as before they take (Z) Bonus true damage.

R; The Order of the Nayias; Shuiro targets an enemy champion, after a brief delay they assaulted by guerrilla attacks from Nayias Assassins, and take (X) Physical and (Y) Magic damage every 3 seconds for 15 seconds.
