Sorry for the text wall, I have put more work into this champion than I should have.

The son of a Demacian Diplomat and a Noxian Noble, Jarodd's childhood was torn between two lifestyles. When with his father, the young Jarodd was taught discipline, weapon skills, and the meaning of honor. His time spent training with the other young warriors left him with a since of regard for life, even of the enemy. He excelled quickly, becoming a promising prodigy. But when he would go away for months, only one Demacian knew where his time was spent, Not with a Ioniian monk, as his father told the others, But with his Mother.

In Noxus, Jarodd and his friends trained rigorously. Not in the manner of Demacians, But in the way typical of Noxian youth. Street Fights, Brawls in the basement on an inn, and of course, beating the weaker children. His time in Noxus taught Jarodd to be strong, relentless, and the other meaning of honor, defeating the enemy, even at the cost of ones own life. The other children saw Jarodd as their Warlord in the Child military they had created. His friends thought his time away was spent with an old pirate in Bilgewater.

After many years, Right as Jarodd was reaching adulthood, the inevitable reality came to be. He was approached by the Kings ambassador, He was given two options... Raise his flail against his mother, his friends and family in Noxus, Or leave Demacia, and be forever labeled as a traitor. That night Jarodd said his goodbyes to his farther, While displeased with his decision, he understood. A few days latter Jarodd arrived at the gates, Just in time to see his mother beheaded, she was seen as a traitor for having relations with a Demacian. Jarodd was distraught, burning with anger, He was approached by a courier, handed a letter sealed with the unmistakable wax stamp, it was from Swain himself. The letter gave him the same options given to him by the Demacians... Leave Noxus as a traitor and a coward, or slay his father in combat.

Years passed and Jarodd sought out a new home, a Place to start a life for himself. The docks of Bilgewater were too chaotic, the city of Piltover was too crowded, and the slums of Zaun to full of filth. He found his way to Shurima, where an old wise woman told him to seek refuge with the Monks in Ionia. The monks sent him to see a Oracle in the wilderness, A Vastaya known for her ability to see ones future. Her words were for him to seek out the Mountain, As she could see he was much more than a normal being.

Upon Reaching Targon, and beginning his ascent to the top of the mountain, Jarodd began seeing visions of wars to come, and the role he would play in them. He could see a aura surrounding him, lifting him to the mountains peak. He was ascended, and the Aspect of Harmony was born. Jarodd did not know what he was, or why he was, only that he alone would be faced with ending wars that were not meant to be, for a greater threat was upon Runeterra.

Passive; Harmonic Blows. Jarrods basic attacks against enemy champions fill his Harmony. Upon reaching 100% Harmony Jarodds next attack to an enemy champion stuns them, heals Jarodd, and places a damage over time effect on any other nearby enemy champions.

Q; Flail in Peace. Jarrod swings his flail in a half-circle in a target direction. Enemies struck by the Flails head take heavy physical damage over time, Enemies caught by the chain are briefly stunned, and take a very small amount of magical damage.

W; Pure Intent. Jarrod extends his flail in a line in a target direction, enemies caught in the line after a small delay are brought a short distance to Jarodd, causing enemies to take a small damage over time effect.

E; Protect the meek. Jarrod slams his flail into the ground in front of him, causing a impassable wall to appear for a short time.

R; End of War. Jarrod's armor and magic resist are cut in half, and added to his AD. Jarrod's HP is cut in half, becoming a shield equal to 300% of his new current HP. If Jarodd kills an enemy champion while 'End of War' is in effect, the effect of 'End of War' automatically cast itself a second time, Further reducing Jarodds armor and magic resist, Increasing his AD, and halving is HP again. This effect can happen up to 3 times in one minute.

Hope you Like it. His Kit I designed to be a tank, who, when the time comes, can deal assassin level damage. I feel a kit like this is pretty refreshing, as there is not really a hard tank who can sacrifice them-self for the sake of leveling the battlefield in visually impactful way.

Would be a nice change of pace from the recent trend of adding more champs to accelerate damage and kills

Text wall? Please. My champion's passive is about the length of your post xD go check it out.

That said I like the surpringly ignored concept of a flail-wielding champion, as Sejuani doesnt really feel like her champion embraces the concept of the weapon, leaving it feeling more like an after-thought than a design intention.

As for the ultimate, I initially thought it was a passive, but upon realizing its activated, id like to know the type of window you think the ability would be active? Considering it can reproc up to 3 times in a minute, that certainly means you think at least 20 seconds?

I like the concept, especially the very intense name and title, but by the math of your ultimate, cutting your armor and magic resist in half does the effective equivalent of cutting your hp in half, as you now reduce half the damage you were reducing from both AP and AD, and true damage remains unaffected, so youre essentially creating the same condition as quartering your health and gaining a shield for 150% of your original health value before casting, so it comes out to you might as well leave your stats alone and gain a shield for 175% of your hp, which is a lot more broken than it sounds the way you worded it.

I think if you changed the values and compensated by adding another bleed effect to really give him the final push into the direction of being a tank that has solid CC and wavrclear, while prevailing in extended fights with an onslought of bleeds, that youd be in a good place.

Also maybe his E should be a skill to push enemies in that shape away, instead of adding another terrain builder to an already loaded list of cancer xD

I hope you dont mind the criticism, this is actually one of my favorite CONCEPTS ive seen thus far though, and with a little tweak could be awesome. I respect the time you put into creating a story for him as well, and once again love the name. Please dont go RIP on my champion design for my criticism xD it was meant to be constructive. Upvoted btw.

Hey there! Chubby here! I wanna start off by saying that my mom's cat walked on my keyboard and deleted the long, and thorough post that I had been typing for almost an hour... -____- I'm very tired as I've been carrying a 8 lbs baby for the past 22 hours and that sh*t is tiring. I'll just give you the condensed version of what I had typed out lol

Passive; Harmonic Blows. Jarrods basic attacks against enemy champions fill his Harmony. Upon reaching 100% Harmony Jarodds next attack to an enemy champion stuns them, heals Jarodd, and places a damage over time effect on any other nearby enemy champions.

Simple and straightforward. Two questions: how much Harmony does one single auto attack provide? Why does this ability apply the DoT to other nearby champions and not the primary target? It just seems a little odd, but aside from that it's a pretty solid passive. The heal value I'm sure isn't something crazy... (right?).

Q; Flail in Peace. Jarrod swings his flail in a half-circle in a target direction. Enemies struck by the Flails head take heavy physical damage over time, Enemies caught by the chain are briefly stunned, and take a very small amount of magical damage.

Clear design, easy to follow along with. This ability has synergy with his W, but as its own ability isn't overloaded. I approve.

W; Pure Intent. Jarrod extends his flail in a line in a target direction, enemies caught in the line after a small delay are brought a short distance to Jarodd, causing enemies to take a small damage over time effect.

As mentioned above, this ability would help you set off the stun provided by Jarodd's Q by drawing the enemies closer into your range. I like it!

E; Protect the meek. Jarrod slams his flail into the ground in front of him, causing a impassable wall to appear for a short time.

My concern with this ability is: are you able to control where you build the wall? If you make it so that the wall is build right in front of Jarodd you'll run into some problems (literally his wall). He'll build a wall between him and his target (because I'm assuming he's melee. Feel free to correct me.) Make it so that you can control where the wall is build and this becomes a way better ability.

Thematically it doesn't really line up with how I would imagine he would function. Bruisers/tanks/front liners (which I don't know if he is, but I'm assuming he is) usually don't want to lose stats even if it means gaining a fat shield and some AD. Look at Jax's R for instance, it actually provides him with stats without having to sacrifice any of this other ones. You could totally hurt yourself during the ult to gain a shield if you wanted to, but don't cut your defenses in half if you're going to go that route. Perhaps an ultimate that highlights his duality (half Demacian half Noxian)?

Again, I'm sorry for the very condensed review. I usually write a lot but as I mentioned I'm pretty exhausted. If you would like I could do a full review! Just gimme some time lol. I hope to hear you from you soon! Cheers!
