This should be a thing because Ashe is now a mobile machine gun so give her a tommy gun like twich and see what happens when she actives her 5 stack Q

Only issue with this is her AA animations. 
and 
work because they simply change the design of the weapon and done. Ashe would require more work, so not likely to happen.
