Old Rek'Sai concept could become a skin

Basically I was doing some searching and found Rek'Sai old concept, I think its good enough to bring back as a skin (maybe a 750), hope some of you guys agree.

As someone who mains Rek'Sai and has done so since her release it'd be nice to have her concept as a skin.

I don't think that 750 would be a fair price unless there were particle changes, maybe 520?
