New Wukong Skin Idea "Overthrown Wukong"

It has been a long time since wukong has received a skin, by this I mean a permanent skin. Wukongs most recent skin is "Underworld Wukong", which is very nice but only available during the harrowing. I have come up with a Wukong skin which I strongly believe should be implemented into the game. This skin is called "Overthrown Wukong" (Up for change of name still), I thought of this because of his name. "Wukong : The Monkey King", so the idea behind this concept is that Wukong has been overthrown and is now a outcast. Here is what would be in the skin :

1. Visuals: The armor would be different from the classic, in this the armor that Wukong wears would be worn down heavily (so scratches and dents in it). The color of the armor would be different also. Instead of being red and gold it would be a wine red color with a black/grey mix. These colors would work well this skin because it would symbolize how Wukong is not at his best and has to work hard. I would also add a hood to Wukong for this skin, since he is an outcast he has to hide and the hood helps that, in the splash art for this maybe make it so the hood covers his face (Like a shadow covering his face) Wukongs fur would also be a darker shade in this skin. Lastly for visuals is his stick, I would just make the stick be bandaged up a bit to make it seem like it is old but still gets the job done.
2. Spell effects: In this skin Wukongs spell effects would change also: Q: For his q I would make it so when I lands there would be an electrical effect (This will come into play later with the E) W: at the end of the w instead of spinning he would duck and spin his stick under everyone's feet instead E: Usually for the E it is these white clouds, but for this skin, they should be thunder clouds. This can be because he is no longer at peace from being overthrown. This is where I got the electrical idea for the Q from (especially since the "EQ" is a common combo) R: when spinning electrical sparks would occur in the vicinity as the particle effect This is what I believe would be a excellent Wukong skin, I would say add quotes also but I cant think of any to go with it (Besides "I thought following the ways of WUJU would protect me"). In terms of pricing this skin, I would say 1350rp, maybe more if quotes are added. Please leave input below on what you guys think of the skin and lets make this happen!! I feel that this is a really good concept idea for a good Wukong skin
