Runes you don't use anymore

Hey, Riot, can we get a system where we can sell back runes, maybe at a reduced IP cost or something? I have tier 1 and 2 runes still, but tier 3 set-ups. Why do I need my old runes anymore? A tier 1 attack damage rune is not likely to ever find a place in my ADC page.
