More refunds??? Riot, pleeeeeease!

When I started off, there were a lot of things to learn. Specifically, the runes were difficult. I've wasted so much IP on tier 3 runes that I now have no intention of ever running in my life. Can we have some sort of buy-back system? The 3 refunds just doesn't seem to be enough to make up for noobish enthusiasm. It'd be great if runes could be sold back indefinitely, maybe at a reduced price to prevent people from abusing the system. Anyways, just my thoughts. (9 cdr seals and 9 scaling mana/5 seals, 2 percent hp quints...... that's IP I could use towards much more useful things now that I understand the game better)

The refunds are exactly for this for your early tim when you need to learn to manage your resources or when you bought something due to technical difficulties/through a bug.

I feel like IP is one thing, but RP is something completely different. We should get some type of alternate refunds for IP and RP. I feel like I wasted some cash on a skin that I don't actually care for that much.

Like we get 3 IP refunds and 3 RP refunds. Or at least they refresh every year or when a new champion comes out. Or at least give us the option to exchange the skin for another skin of equal or lesser value after trying it out.
