Probably one of the most annoying yet satisfying skins to use/play against, full of squeaky stretchy balloon sounds. And whenever x champion dies, they pop, and when they recall they float away. Champions that would be good: Zac obviously nidalee Khazix velkoz Chogath aatrox Alistair Malzahar (balloon animal voiding hopping around, maybe he's a clown)
