problem with skins and prices (upcoming marauders)

Riot has some of the best artists in gaming history. That being said, the champion concepts are completely deflated. The problem with skins is the price tree vs level of change in a champions is skewered. The way it is currently is riot creates amazing recreations of Champions in a different light, but are allowed to be ruined by profit. Take for example, the debonair skins. These are a perfect example of what a 750 r skin should be. They don't need any effects because they make no effect on the original appearance of what symbolizes each character. On the other hand, the marauder skins are complete revisions of each character, but their concept is underwhelming because they retain a lot of their original qualities, while looking like completely new champions.
