Ross, the Deceiver's Son LoL champ concept

Ross: the Deceiver's Son Passive: Magical Cloak All abilities in Ross' kit reveals enemy champions, and all units expect for wards and other invisible traps.

Q: Curtain Sweeper Ross swings his cloak in a direct in front of him. Any enemy units hit by Curtain Sweeper will be slowed by 10% for 2 seconds. (6/5.5/4/3/2.98 second cool down)

W: Spotlight Ross calls down a spotlight that slows enemies for 35% for 2 seconds. If enemies are caught in the center of the spotlight, Ross nearsights the enemy for the same duration. (12/11.75/10.5/9/8.5 second cool down)

E: Stage Rush Ross peirces through enemy units in a line with lightning speed. Enemy units are slowed by 50% for 2 seconds. If Ross is under 50% maximum health, he is able to dash a second time. (8.75/8.5/7.25/6/5.3 second cool down)

R: Striking Applause Ross jumps into the air, becoming untargetable for 0.5 seconds, then strikes the ground, sucking in all enemy units in a certain radius of him towards him, dealing magic damage per second. (110/100/90 aeond cool down)

Appearance: -Long, tall, and lengthy. -Wears a lot if purples and blacks. -Has short curly grey / lavender hair with one side having a shaven head. -He wears a very formal suit

Gender: Male Damage Oriantaion: Ability Power Main rolls: Support / Mage

How did I come up with the concept? "I was thinking to myself how LoL Champions can be related to each other. And I thought.... What if LeBlanc had a son? Ross' personality is very cheerful but in battle he tries his best to make the nest show for his Audience. He his overly obsessed with his appearance and loves to perform for others. A very iconic thing he has about him is his smooth, long, soft, cape."

Hai!!! It's Shiro Ryuunosuke. I'm sorry for the cringey drawing. I just had to. I'm terrible at this stuff. But anyways, this is surprisingly my first male champion concept, and I have a lit of fun with it. I decided to make a character like Ross because all the Male Characters I see are all manly and Muscualar, (Exclude: Ivern, Ezreal, Rakan, and male yordles) and I wanted to change that. i think style wise and kit wise everything is good the only problem is that there is no damage or defensive abilities anywhere, just a whole lot of slows so unless his ult has a very low cooldown like blitz and does a lot of damage he is just too weak maybe for his q it does a small amount of magic damage or charms the enemy instead of slowing his w is fine as an ability since it does have the near sighted on it the e though is just a weak shen e or renekton e and might need something more but all in all i actually like the inventiveness of some of the concepts

I really don't think this should be an issue. I don't think he should be homosexual. League is a team base game not some love dating game. Really this game shouldn't really be about love. Sure there r some references like ekko liking jinx or Kat and garen but that is so minimal. I don't think they should go out of there way to make some gay character it seems unatural. If they did want to do that they would have To make it very sutle and not of any real importance or this game is taking a very wrong direction.
