/LORE As a young girl, Sheoq was raised-------well.... We don't know. And neither does Sheoq. But it was said that she was found on the battle field. Taken by her 'father' , Aden. During a shooting in the infamous City of Progress, the girl was found stranded by him under the rubble when she was 5 years old. So Aden took her, and raised her to be just like she was himself. She was exposed to weapons, especially guns at a young age. Aden was also known to be the leader of an academic program called the AOT or also known as the Assassins of Tomorrow project. One day when Sheoq was 9 years old she was found picking flowers for the 5th anniversary at the AOT. Also known as Sheoq Day, the day that Aden found Sheoq, the father walked to the garden and gave his daughter a pistol with her favorite kind of flower embedded on the back, a rose. He said: "Dear Sheoq, as you already know, your father is very rusted and dull, so when the day comes to mourn at my grave keep this weapon, for this will be your protector." Sheoq smiled and kept the pistol in her pocket. As many amounts of children who attended the academy came, a gunshot was heard all over the premises. A window behind Sheoq, who was still gathering daisies in the garden, shattered bringing the body of Aden down with it. Crumbles of glass hit the teacher's face. With Sheoq's body filled with rage and fury, tear emerged from her eyes. She took out the birthday present her father gave to her and filled it with deadly nightshade and dart frog. After kissing the forehead of her dad, she then swung open the door and cocked the pistol. Crowds of children ran away and she was left alone in the shadows of the lonely house of shadows casting a silhouette of her father fallen grave. 8 years she lives today running the family business becoming a pirate of the AOT, assassining high-priority targets throughout Runtera, and still searching for the killer of Aden, who is rumored to be attending AOT today.

The whole sniper of flowers space has already been settled by Jhin - literally a guy with a sniper rifle who creates lotus traps. The W base damage is absurdly low, as is the R, which will often cause a net loss of damage in the lategame if it fixes the attack's damage. Why does an ADC want a leap that places them within melee range? The whole point of an ADC is to stay far away.

Interesting concept but I have quite a few discrepancies about this.

I'm not gonna lie, this champion has a lot of aspects of Corki and Caitlyn . Look at Corki's passive and Caitlyn's old Headshot, you'll see what I mean.

#Passive: The Passive doesn't make sense. Why would you want to do magic damage if you're doing purely physical damage with your skills? I mean Corki has the capability to do magic and physical damage which makes sense for his passive. Does this synergize with any other parts of your kit other than your ult? I understand that counterbuilding would be a "little" difficult, but it doesn't seem significant late game especially with such a low scaling.

#Q: The Q's damage is incredibly low for a skill. Does it pierce? Is it firing in a straight line or a cone? Does the caster remain stationary while casting it?

#W: The W is very similar to Caitlyn's previous reworked passive but a lot weaker. Cait's Passive used to shred 50% armor, but at a cost of 75 (3.52.5 in brush) auto attacks. I mean, you could always go like Darius and go from 5%~25%. The amount the skill does is EXTREMELY low to be impactful.

#E: The E doesn't make sense for a role as a carry.

#R: The R doesn't really make much sense since auto attacks technically "Lock-on" to their intended enemies after completing the attack animation. I mean the additional base damage is nice, but it just seems like an enhanced auto attack to me. It doesn't feel really significant or impactful as an ultimate skill.

#TLDR; Sorry to say, but this character doesn't feel like a sniper. Snipers are known for their far range, precision, and burst damage. I feel it doesn't capture the aesthetics of a "Sniper of the Blossoms."
