Omani, The Shuriman Runaway

Abilities:

Passive: Runner's Edge Omani gains extra movement speed when running towards intact or destroyed towers & inhibiters.

Omani gains the movement speed based on champion level:

Levels 1-5: +10% movement speed Levels 6-10: +15% movement speed Levels 11-15: +20% movement speed Levels 16-18: +25% movement speed

Q: Stab of Sand Cooldown: 7/6/5/5/4 seconds

Mana cost: 39/45/50/53/60 mana

Omani dashes a short distance with her knife. Enemies hit will suffer a bleeding effect dealing 3/3/4/6/9 true damge for 2/3.5/4/4/5.25 seconds.

W: Still-Standing Sand Cooldown: 21/19/15/13/11 seconds

Mana cost: This spell drains mana depending on how many seconds it's used:

22/30/39/40/44 mana per. second.

When holding W, Omani digs her hand into the ground, searching for nutrients. While her hand is in the ground, Omani restores health 30/40/45/50/65 per second, while using mana per second. Omani can only cast this ability for 3/4/5/6/7 seconds. Omani may use this ability for a minimum time of 1 second per. use.

E: Noble Heights Cooldown: 6/5/4/4/3 seconds.

Mana cost: 30/35/40/47/50

Omani jumps a short distance. If an enemy is near the impact of Onami's landing, they will be slowed for 20% for 1/2/3/4/4.5 seconds. This ability can be used to jump over thin walls.

R: Shuriman Blessing/Shuriman Whirlpool Cooldown: 120/110/90 seconds Mana Cost: 100/110/110 mana

Omani has two options to activate her ultimate ability. If this spell is casted onto an ally, they will recieve the "Shuriman Blessing" buff, which will restore 70/100/145 health per. second for 7/8/10 seconds. Omani may cast this spell on herself.

When Omani's ultimate abilty if casted on am enemy, she summons the ability "Shuriman Whirlpool". Omani sets an area of effect whirlpool under the selected enemy. If any enemy unit is present under the whirlpool, their damage is reduced by 10%. If any enemy is also moving in the whirlpool, they will get increasingly slowed by 5%/6%/7% for every second you move in the whirlpool. This sandpit lasts for 5.25/6/7 seconds.

Lore: Omani was born and raised in Shurima. She was looked after by her parents named Asha & Najaf. After years being raised. Omani's parents ultimately decided that Omani wouldn't be able to survive in the hot sauna in the middle of Shurima. With good intentions, Omani's mother and father decided to send her to Bilgwater for a chance at a good life

Asha and Najaf paid a beautiful young lady to take care of her while on the journey to Bildgewater. Omani was 6 years old at the time. This lady was named, Jebella. And while on the journey to Bildgewater, she taught Omani about the beliefs, teachings, and powers of Mother Nature's Ents.

Jebella had told Omani about how meditating and looking at your surroundings can bring you to enlightenment. Omani was taught about the best way of meditating, and how to use natural resources of Mother Nature to heal.

After 4 months of traveling on foot, they finally made it to Bilgwater. Jebella told Omani that her journey was over, & it was her time to go. Omani begged Jebella to stay. She loved her so much that she wanted her to be her guardian at Bligwater.

Jebella told Omani that she cannot stay because she is involved in a cult. Cults are shunned in Runtara, and one will be arrested if caught being part of a cult.When Jebella turned to leave, Young Omari called out "You taught me to be a Naturist, and the ways of Mother Nature. I will not stop praising her!". Movement stopped at the Bilgwater Dock. A sailor with a raspy voice booed. "Ma'am if what the Shuriman girl is saying, I'm afraid you'll have to be turned into the confinement." Jebella turned her head to face the sailor. "Whatever you do to me," Jebella stated, "Do not harm the little girl." The sailor raised an eyebrow. "You raised the girl a tory? That's treason ma'am." He started to walk toward Jebella with a length of rope. "We may have to take care of the girl, too." The sailor snapped his fingers, and men from the surrounding areas started to stand near Omani. "Run Omani!" Jebella called out when being tied down by the sailors.

Omani shook herself and sprinted into the forest, running past guards, sailors, and merchants. Omani has learned what danger she is in, and runs off to find a tribe of Naturists to tell bad news of Jebella. Not trusting anyone but those who beleive in the Ents, she will fight anyone that gets in her way to stop her to get to them.

Over the years she has learned to fight, hunt, and care for herself while in the widespreads of Runtara. Now as an adult of meeting with many Naturists, she leads the movement of fighting for Naturists rights to praise Mother Nature in pride, not fear.

VANESSA IS BACK Dude..... I haven't written a concept in so long. I haven't played league in 1 year, and the game is so different. I have changed alot these days and I'm finally getting into playing league again. As of now I am 14 and entering my freshman year of highschool. If you're reading this and you've been through your freshman year, please give me tips because my really affraid.
