sometimes i dont know what to do with the extra gold. boots should be build in another slot what do ya think.

Buy elixers. Or sell an item, buy zz'rot, put the portal thing down, then sell zz'rot and re-buy the previous item.
The balance implications of a seventh slot would be ridiculous.
Just keep yourself hopped up on Elixirs; that's what I do when games last that long.
