Upon picking up this package, the champion gains the Fleet of Feather passive, deals 125% damage, and takes 75% damage, lasting for 8/10/12 seconds upon entering combat. There can only be 1/3/5 of these packages on the map at any given time. If an enemy opens this package, it will appear to disappear for enemies, but remain for another 3 seconds, available to be picked up by allies.
