Latest Champion Skins?

If we go by last year and how fast got a new skin, it could happen in as little as 2 months after a champs release. Apparently champs don't really have a time frame of when they should expect a new skin. Pretty much if Riot has a good idea for a new skin and it fits with a certain champ, they will get it regardless of how many skins they have or how long it's been since they got one. With , if she hasn't gotten a new skin before december, then the likelihood of her getting one is slim since she already has a winter skin. On the other hand, that could mean she would be up for a chinese new year skin. Jade Dragon Taliyah anyone?
