Appearance: (Bodily design) . Stoker’s body is that of a grey colored skeleton with bits and pieces of dirt & withered vines along some portions of his skeletal frame, in his eye sockets are glowing red orbs. (Clothing & Special features) . Stoker wears a large heavy brown trench coat that is old and beaten, around his face is a dark red bandana, he also wears a pair of black leathery jeans with a loose belt holding several bullets along the side with a holster for a large hand gun. Stoker also wears a pair of boots with metal spurs on the heels & finally a black Stetson hat with a flat rim. (Equipment) . Stoker carries around a large Western-Revolver hand cannon in his right hand.

Innate Passive: Dead Shot. Every 18.75 seconds Stoker’s next Basic Attack will deal 5% of his current Attack Damage plus 4% of his next target’s remaining Maximum HP as True Damage. If this passive gets the Kill on an enemy Champion then Stoker’s next 3 Basic Attacks within 5 seconds will Ignore a targets Armor.

Q-Ability: Deathly Charge. Range: 450. Cool Down: 18/17/16/15/14. Cost: 60/70/80/90/100. Activation: After Stoker has chosen a single enemy Champion within this Abilities Casting Range then upon its activation he will coat the target with dark magic, once the Ability has been applied the chosen target will have their Movement Speed be Slowed by 20% for 1.5 seconds. For the duration of the Ability all of Stoker’s Basic Attacks will deal 5% increased Damage, if the target’s HP is below 30% the increase in damage is buffed to 10%. If Stoker manages to land a Critical Hit on the affected target he will be Healed by 25% of the damage he has dealt.

W-Ability: Last Breath. Range: 450. Cool Down: 21/20/19/18/17. Cost: 110. Magic Damage: 75/115/155/195/235(+40% bonus AP)(+30% bonus AD). Activation: After Stoker has chosen a single enemy Champion within this Abilities Casting Range then upon its activation Stoker will place an Invisible hex on his target for 1.25 seconds, once the affected Champion has activated an Ability while the hex is active they will be dealt Magic Damage & will be Silenced for 1 second.

E-Ability: Wraith's Step. Range: 450. Cool Down: 20/18/16/14/12. Cost: 50/60/70/80/90. Activation: After Stoker has chosen single point within this Abilities Casting Range then upon its activation Stoker will Channel for 0.25 seconds then be swallowed by shadows, after the brief Channel Stoker reappear at his targeted location. Once Stoker has reemerged from the shadows he will be shrouded in lingering darkness that will prevent him from being damaged by the next 3 Auto-Attacks from any enemy Champions.

R-Ability: Duel. Range: 400. Cool Down: 145/125/105. Cost: 130. Activation: After Stoker has chosen a single enemy Champion within this Abilities Casting Range then upon its activation Stoker Channels for 0.5 seconds as he gathers dark magic into his left hand, after the Channel Stoker then casts a spell on the target which transports the target & Stoker to a shadowy version of the Map for 15 seconds. For the duration of the Ability only Stoker & his chosen enemy are considered to be on the Map and can be the only ones to damage & apply Crowed Control effects to each other, while the chosen enemy is on this version of the Map Stoker has True Sight of them. At the end of the Abilities duration both Stoker & his chosen enemy will reappear on the Map.
