Champion Concept: Kill Joy, the Hextech Healer (An ADC Healer)

As League of Legends gets more and more champions I start to think, what mechanic or playstyle isnt in the game yet but would be pretty cool. Here's once. An ADC that can choose to auto attack minions to deal damage or allies to heal them. (All names are up for change lol, just made up names decent enough to fit the abilities)

Attack Range: 425

Passive: War Medic - Every X amount of auto attacks, Kill Joy releases a small AoE pulse from his body healing all allies in range for a flat amount of health.

Q - Death Ray / Healing Pulse: After autoing an enemy champion 5 times, this ability can be activated. Your next auto can be targeted at an enemy dealing bonus percent health damage based on your total AD or you can target an ally and heal them based on their missing health.

W - Boost: Killjoy 400 range to target location, every 3 autos on an enemy champion lowers the cooldown

E- Scan: Killjoy scans an area on the map, if an enemy is there. They are revealed for the next 15 seconds. (Long Cooldown)

R- Self Destruct: Killjoy explodes after a 2 second channel, dealing AoE damage based on his missing health, the more health Killjoy has the more damage. After another 2 seconds, Killjoy rebuilds in the same spot but is heavily slowed for 1.5 seconds.

As you can see Kill Joy wouldnt be the best scaling ADC or the best laning ADC but where he shines is objective control and team fighting. With his passive he can keep his support or anyone near him alive for long enough to turn the tides, or with his Q he can deal a chunk of damage to an enemy or a chunk of healing to an ally, thriving best in chaotic 5 vs 5 where he isnt focused down. This would allow for him to sustain his allies enough to change the out come of fights if played and positioned correctly.

This looks like a tanky/AD heavy ranged support or top laner than an actual ADC.

Attack range is the one of Graves which is really short by the way for an ADC (Mainly why Graves isn't played ADC anymore)

Passive wants you in a fight (close range) for a long time so you have to go tanky

Q: Wants you in a fight for a long range and the active part is even lower range so you have to get even closer (ergo even more tanky)

W: I don't know what this does it just says 400 range to a target location but I assume it's a mobility spell.

E: Is way too strong (that's Swain W on steroids). Reduce the time they are revealed and don't make it an instant reveal, more like Ashe reveal thing.

R: Needs to be in the middle of the enemy team, has to build HP to do more damage and gets self cc'd after the cast. This guy needs to build like an Urgot.

The idea is nice but this is nowhere near an ADC.

If you want an ADC you need to look into basically everything ^^

If not then you could make this an AD / Tanky support with some tweaks here and there. Just make sure he wont be viable top beause this sounds like total cancer for top laners.

Maybe making the E a shield that explodes which he can give to allies or himself? similar to Sion... way too similar to Sion.... forget that idea

A defensive spell for the E which aids allies and him.

The Q sems fine, maybe make it a skillshot so he isn't 100% just point and click.

Add some enemy cc to his ult like a heavy slow for example (I hope this spell isn't instant and has a charge up time, similar to Nunu ult).

And ADC healer, nice concept but I mean when was the last time you saw an ADC even using their heal to save their supports lol. (or maybe adcs just hate me idk :( )

Very nice way of limiting the heal from the passive. However, it's a bit impractical for a support champion to constantly auto attack enemy minions in a wave. In doing so, you are inadvertently pushing lane as well as making it somewhat harder for your allied laner to CS, especially under tower. If this is the case, you probably should design this character to be more of a Lane Bully to support its wave-pushing playstyle. By pursuing this path, the design would be somewhat more balanced due to the champion having very little CC to counteract hard engage.

Additionally, I would recommend increasing the base attack range. 425 Range will really hurt this champion's laning phase since its kit lacks innate tankiness to take continual harass in short trades.
